T2Snap is a desktop-first T2 corporation income tax preparation tool. This policy explains what information T2Snap collects, how it is stored, and your choices. We are committed to protecting your personal and business information.
If you use T2Snap's T183 e-signature feature, we transmit only what is necessary to deliver the signature request to the recipient email you provide: the corporation name, business number, tax year, and the signing link. The recipient's signature and timestamp are returned to your local copy of T2Snap. We do not sell, rent, or share this information.
Transactional emails (such as T183 signing requests) are sent through our email delivery provider solely to deliver the message you initiated. We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We may use basic, anonymized traffic statistics to understand how visitors use the site.
Return data remains on your device until you delete it. You may delete any corporation and its return at any time from within T2Snap. E-signature sessions are retained only as long as needed to complete the signing flow, after which they are removed.
We apply industry-standard safeguards: encrypted local storage for sensitive fields, one-time unguessable tokens for signature links, and restricted file permissions for credential data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold by contacting us. T2Snap is operated by Jiajie Financial Solutions Ltd., Ontario, Canada.
